Refund Policy

Note: Refund policy may change at any time due to price change. However, once you purchase on the date before the refund policy was changed, we will honor your eligibility. The old refund policy will be posted at the bottom of the New refund policy.

We have done countless backtesting and execution over the years, in order to make sure that the Royal Algo will provide positive results. We are confident that if you follow our advice and strategies Royal Algo will be a great addition to your trading. However, we offer a 7-day eligibility refund period.

Before you proceed with the refund process. Please consider that we will offer our support in order to help you fully understand our trading system. Any question that you might have, feel free to reach out to us.

You can only apply for a refund on the 6th or 7th day of your purchase.

We cannot provide a refund for the following cases (Absolutely NO exceptions)

• We will not provide refunds more than 7 days following the date of purchase.
• You change your mind or make an accidental purchase.

If you did not meet these conditions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any refunds.
