Best Hours for Forex/Stock Trading

It is very important to know when is the best time to trade the Forex market. The week begins at 5 p.m. EST on Sunday and runs until 5 p.m EST. on Friday. Not every hour of the day is equally good for trading. The best time to trade is when the market is most active. Some movements are seen during the Sydney and Asian sessions. But the London and New York sessions have the most significant fluctuation.

For stock trading in general. The first hour of trading offers the biggest moves in the shortest amount of time. Regular trading begins at 9:30 a.m. EST, so the hour ending at 10:30 a.m. EST is often the best trading time of the day. This also depends on the volume. All markets have different appropriate trading times, research which one applies to you.
